Wichita Falls Pressure Washing is a locally owned exterior cleaning company based in Wichita Falls, Texas. We work on homes, businesses, and rural properties throughout Wichita County and the surrounding communities — Burkburnett, Iowa Park, Holliday, and Lakeside City. Our focus is straightforward: use the right method for each surface, quote fairly, show up on time, and leave the property looking better than we found it.
Why method matters
Not everything on a property should be pressure-washed. Aiming a high-pressure wand at asphalt shingles blows the mineral granules off and shortens the life of your roof. Blasting a cedar fence at 3,000 PSI leaves raised fuzz and visible stripes. High pressure on a soft-siding home can force water behind the panels and dampen wall cavities. That's why we use low-pressure application on house exteriors and roofs, controlled pressure on wood, and a flat-surface cleaner on concrete. It costs no more to do it right.

We carry full liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance to any commercial account or property manager who needs one on file. Every estimate is written down before work starts, so there are no surprise charges after.
